Administration is a Latin word mean “to look after or care for people”. According to this definition almost every human activity involves

Q: Are government activities confined to just administering (executing)? View # 1: all activities, from justice to provision of basic services View # 2: only execution of the policy, so policy formulation is separated from implementation Which view do you support and why? Significance Of Government An instrument of governance: security and maintain peace and order An instrument of development and change: need trained human resource for building infrastructure Economic Development _ Human Development Index _ Health services, clean water and etc.. Construction of dams for storing of water for electricity and agricultural use. Elementary education Laws and security Health facilities Speedy justice Provision of utilities i.e Electricity , Gas, Tel. or Road Communication Funding research and development in country Attention to the protestants demands Security of life ,honour and property of citizens.
