Overall paper easy to moderate tha. Takreeban 40–45% MCQs past papers se thay. Paper bohot zyada conceptual nahi tha, lekin kaafi MCQs tricky thay. NOT aur EXCEPT wale questions bhi kaafi zyada thay, is liye har MCQ ko dhyan se parhna bohot zaroori tha. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs se kaafi MCQs aaye. Is ke ilawa kuch MCQs direct definitions se bhi thay. BCG Matrix, SUB's aur Grapevine ko achi tarah prepare karke jayein kyun ke in topics se bhi questions aaye. Meri recommendation ye hogi ke sirf past papers par depend na karein. Past papers zaroor karein, lekin handouts ko kam az kam ek dafa complete zaroor read karein. Agar concepts clear hon aur past papers bhi prepare hon, to paper comfortably attempt kiya ja sakta hai. Best of luck to everyone!Overall paper easy to moderate tha. paper zyada tar Planning, Strategic Management, MBO (Management by Objectives) aur last lectures ki management theories se cover hua tha. Paper kaafi conceptual tha, is liye sirf ratta lagane se kaam nahi chalta. Agar concepts clear hon to MCQs solve karna kaafi easy ho jata hai. Planning process, types of planning, strategic planning, SWOT analysis, different strategies (Growth, Stability, Retrenchment, Combination), MBO system, objectives aur goals se related MCQs achi quantity mein aaye. Last lessons ki theories aur management concepts par bhi focus tha.paper zyada tar Planning, Strategic Management, MBO (Management by Objectives) aur last lectures ki management theories se cover… See more See less
